At Christopher Salon, we take care in preparing and delivering each order with attention to detail and quality.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

Order Issues & Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Christopher Salon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
